I'll give it as high as three because I suppose it does what any beard care products do, if that is anything at all.
I can't place the scent and can't identify cedar, leather or vanilla in it, and I sure don't want to be smelling *this* all day.
If I use it again it will be mixed with something else.

It’s a Cedar Leather Fragrance (Bulk Apothecary) with good reviews. We added Tobacco Vanilla and Vanilla to give it more of even scent.
